I know what it feels like to be done. And still not be done.

After my relationship ended, I never felt tempted to call or text. That part was clear. But something else had me completely locked in place. I was checking their social media every single day.

What I didn't understand then was the push and pull dynamic we had. It made our connection addictive, not because it was healthy, but because it was wired into my nervous system. Seeing what they were doing gave me a hit of something. A false sense of closeness.

I started keeping a paper journal. Slowly I realized that attachment loop wasn't just holding me back. It was blocking my inner light from shining. I could not call in my next chapter because I was still energetically tethered to the old one.

Breaking that loop didn't happen by accident. It required intention. Daily, deliberate, often uncomfortable intention. That paper journal became this.
